Friday, 13 June 2025 – Departure

• Pick-Up Points and Times (Subject to Change):

  • 9:00 PM: Gent

  • 9:45 PM: Antwerp

  • 10:10 PM: Mechelen

  • 10:45 PM: Brussels

  • 11:25 PM: Leuven

  • 1:45 AM (Saturday, 29 March): Luxembourg

• Note: Exact pick-up locations are listed in our FAQ. If fewer than 5 participants are at a pick-up point, you may need to board from the nearest confirmed location. Final timings will be emailed to registered participants.

Saturday, 14 June 2025 – Green Switzerland

• Morning:

  • Arrive in Switzerland and freshen up at a designated stop

  • Visit Rhine Falls, Europe’s largest waterfall

    • Entry: €4 per adult, €2 for children (6–16 years), payable to the Tour Manager (regular price: €5)

• Afternoon:

  • Travel to Lucerne to explore:

    • Chapel Bridge

    • Lucerne Cathedral

    • Lake Lucerne

  • Check into the hotel in Interlaken

• Evening:

  • Visit famous Indian movie locations in Interlaken

  • Explore souvenir shops

  • Optional group Indian dinner buffet (not included)

  • Return to the hotel for overnight stay

Sunday, 15 June 2025 – Snowy Switzerland

• Morning:

  • Travel to Engelberg and ride cable cars to Mount Titlis, including the famous rotating Rotair cable car

  • Enjoy snow activities, attractions, and restaurants at Mount Titlis

• Afternoon:

  • Visit the serene Lake Engelberg

  • Depart for return journey

• Note: Mount Titlis tickets are pre-booked at group rates and included in the total price. No separate payment is required.

Monday, 16 June 2025 – Return

• Tentative Arrival Times:

  • 12:30 AM: Luxembourg

  • 3:00 AM: Leuven

  • 3:45 AM: Brussels

  • 4:15 AM: Mechelen

  • 5:00 AM: Antwerp

  • 5:45 AM: Gent

Important Notes

• Eligibility: Switzerland is part of the Schengen Territory. Ensure you are a lawful resident of a Schengen country with valid travel documents.

• Accommodation:

  • Shared rooms (4–5 people) are standard. For a separate room, select “Separate Room” in the booking form’s NOTES box and pay an additional €70 per room.

  • Children below 3 years pay half price for a bus seat but do not get a separate hotel bed. Ensure the child’s age is calculated on the departure date (16 June 2025).

  • As per European law, all passengers, including infants, require a separate bus seat.

• Mount Titlis: Tour Managers may verify children’s IDs to comply with ticketing policies.

• Communication: Check all email folders (including Spam) for updates, especially if using Gmail.

• Bus Regulations: First-time travelers must review our Bus Regulations.
